Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?

We will do our best. Please email us at ciao@midolce.com.au within 30 minutes of placing your order, noting the new address.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia.

Can I edit my order?

Once placed, we are unable to edit your order. If you have ordered incorrectly, and the item/s are not yet shipped, we can cancel (and refund) your order so you can try again. Please email us at ciao@midolce.com.au

How can I track my order?

Please email us at ciao@midolce.com.au, noting your order number.

Do I need to sign for my order?

No. All orders are sent via standard Australia Post satchels or mailing boxes.
